Although manufacturing operations have been reduced, the Cornell Dairy Operations is still supplying the Ithaca campus with regional dairy products, including milk from Crowley Foods (Binghamton, NY) and ice cream (soon) from Perry's Ice Cream (Akron, NY).
Operating in the Food Science Laboratory Building, until our new Dairy Plant is complete in 2013, we continue to produce Cornell yogurt and pudding as well as pasteurize and package Cornell Orchards apple cider.
