Chemist, poet and Nobel laureate Roald Hoffmann discusses Madame Lavoisier and her contributions to chemistry alongside her husband Antoine Lavoisier. Hoffmann is the Frank H.T. Rhodes Professor of Humane Letters at Cornell University, where many Lavoisier artifacts are housed.
