Wilde, who founded AWARD in 2008, is known internationally for her expertise in gender and diversity issues in agricultural development, natural resource management, emergency food aid, and organizational change programs.
AWARD is a professional development program that strengthens the research and leadership skills of African women in agricultural research and development, empowering them to contribute more effectively to poverty alleviation and food security in sub-Saharan Africa.
