Apollo Arquiza and Bryan Caldwell, postdoctoral researchers in the Department of Biological and Environmental Engineering, boarded a zero gravity G-Force 1 space simulator plane in late April to test the effectiveness of a specially constructed space galley jointly designed with Susana Carranza of Makel Engineering in Chico, Calif.
