Jenna Nash (MILR 2012) discovered early that General Mills, like many companies, requires a masters degree in human resources in order to work in the company's HR department. After applying and being admitted into the MILR program at Cornell University's ILR School, Jenna had the opportunity to meet with the VP of Human Resources, Beth Flynn, and later with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of General Mills at the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) Roundtable event.
