Cornell’s Beekeeper Tech Team is an interdisciplinary group based in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences that works directly with New York beekeepers to improve honey bee health, reduce colony losses and increase profitability of the beekeeping industry. Bees pollinate three-fourths of all edible crops and contribute $500 million annually to the state’s economy.
Every day, in every county in New York state, individuals, schools, businesses, entrepreneurs, local governments and communities depend on Cornell to turn discoveries into real-world solutions.
